Open Dialogue Platform is a non-profit organization founded in Vienna by Ukrainian professionals. We combine expertise, research-based approaches andpublic initiatives to strengthen legal culture, modern civic education andintercultural dialogue. Our vision is a society in which legal culture, critical thinking and open dialogueform the basis for democratic decision-making and resilient institutions.
Our organization brings together researchers, legal practitioners, academics, analysts, judges and public experts who aim to make discussions on law anddemocracy open, in-depth and evidence-based.
We work at the intersection of professional expertise and international experience— primarily in Austria, EU Member States and Ukraine. We build a bridgebetween Ukrainian and European expert communities, providing access tocontemporary legal standards, educational practices and research methodologies.We organize conferences, roundtables, professional webinars, public lectures, andproduce analytical and research projects.
Our activities also include professional exchange formats and short-termfellowships for academics, researchers and legal practitioners that combineacademic work with institutional practice. We foster an environment forprofessional development in which experts can work with leading EU practicesand strengthen their competencies through international cooperation.
