Participation in the 10th International Forum “Mediation and Law”

In June 2026, Ganna Sarybaieva, Founder and President of Open Dialogue Platform, participated in the 10th International Forum “Mediation and Law”.

The Forum served as a platform for professional dialogue among academics, legal practitioners, judges, mediators, representatives of public institutions, and civil society on current challenges and future developments in mediation and dialogue culture. The programme addressed a wide range of topics, including restorative justice, international mediation standards, alternative dispute resolution, children’s rights protection, intercultural communication, and peacebuilding.

Particular attention was devoted to discussions on the role of dialogue as a tool for strengthening trust, supporting democratic institutions, and fostering resilient communities. Participation in the Forum provided an opportunity to explore contemporary international practices, exchange experiences with experts from different countries, and contribute to discussions on the future of mediation within the European legal space.

For Open Dialogue Platform, dialogue, mutual understanding, and peaceful conflict resolution remain essential elements of legal culture, civil society development, and democratic governance.
