Legal Culture and the Rule of Law

The Open Dialogue Platform promotes legal culture as an informed and responsible understanding of law, its value, and its practical application. We consider the rule of law a cornerstone of effective public administration, transparent institutions, and citizen trust.

Our goal is to support the establishment of a legal environment in which law functions as an effective mechanism for the protection of rights and freedoms.

Key areas of work:

analytical research on legal reforms in EU and CEE countries;
development of models for implementing European rule-of-law standards in public governance systems;
educational programmes for legal professionals, university lecturers, judges, and public officials;
preparation of policy briefs and recommendations for institutions and stakeholders;
development of practical legal-literacy tools for the public.

  • if admitted, I am obliged to pay a membership fee in the amount and manner determined by the competent bodies of the Association;
  • information on the amount and payment procedure will be provided after the admission decision.
